About Us

---

At Coastal-Carolina Con, we try and streamline the experience for each and every one of our local vendors that come out and support our show and the community. When vending we ask that you only follow a few simple rules:

• Be respectful of other vendors and all customers.
• No profanities, or degrading comments to other vendors/customers.
• Follow all local laws & requirements by the venue at which the event takes place.

Information regarding the vendor spot:

• All vendor spots come with (1) Standard 6 foot table, and space behind to place shelving.
• After applying for your spot on Treasure, we will review your application. If you are approved, you will purchase your spot through there. If we need any further information while processing your application we will reach out to you.

To become a vendor, you will be required to do the following:

• Apply for your table(s) on https://www.ontreasure.com/u/coastalcarolinacon and click the appropriate show you are applying for.
• Once table(s) are reviewed & approved, you will be given the opportunity to checkout and pay for your table(s). After, we will reach out regarding the following steps and if anything is needed from the local jurisdiction of where we are hosting the show
• Vendor map will be made available to the public and all vendors ATLEAST two weeks before the show date, usually significantly earlier. This allows you to have ample time to plan accordingly and know exactly where you will be set up for our show.
