2. Vendor & Exhibitor Policies
Vendors are the backbone of our show. To ensure fairness and safety, the following rules apply to all table holders:
- Payment & Cancellation: Table fees must be paid in full. Vendor cancellations are none refundable.
- Merchandise Authenticity:
- The sale of counterfeit, "proxy," or altered cards/memorabilia is strictly prohibited.
- If a Vendor is found selling counterfeit items, they will be immediately ejected from the show without a refund and banned from future events.
- The Organizer accepts no responsibility for the authenticity of items sold by Vendors.
- Subletting: Vendors may not sublet, share, or transfer their table space to another party without prior written consent from the Organizer.
3. "Backpack Vendor" & Trading Policy
We encourage trading, but we must protect our paying Vendors who have rented space.
- Aisle obstruction: Attendees may bring cards to trade or sell, but they must not block aisles or impede traffic flow.
- Squatting: Attendees may not set up a permanent display on the floor, on empty tables, or in common areas. "Setting up shop" without paying for a vendor table will result in ejection.
- Solicitation: Aggressive solicitation of customers currently at a Vendor’s table is prohibited.
4. Code of Conduct
- Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, bullying, or theft.
- Theft: Any instance of theft will result in immediate ejection, a permanent ban, and referral to local law enforcement.
- Hygiene: Attendees and Vendors are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene.
- Property: Do not touch a Vendor’s cards or memorabilia without asking for permission first.
5. Liability & Security
- Risk of Loss: The Organizer and the Venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their merchandise and cash.
- Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Organizer Name], its employees, and the Venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the show.

7. Force Majeure
In the event that the show is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control (e.g., severe weather, acts of God, government restrictions, venue failure), the Organizer’s liability is limited to the refund of the ticket or table price paid. Incidental costs (travel, hotel, etc.) will not be reimbursed.
